Msn crée un dossier contact sur le bureau lors de la connexion [RESOLU]

Bonjour,

Je sais pas si j'ai posté où il faut mais j'ai un petit problème auquel vous aurez peut etre une solution.

J'ai remarqué un dossier "Contacts" sur le bureau qui était vide. Je l'ai supprimé mais il revient à chaque connexion à windows live messenger. J'ai tenté désinstal et réinstal mais ça n'a rien fait, j'ai entendu parler de contacts flottants sur le bureau je sais si c'est ça je connais pas. Disons que j'aimerai m'assurer que j'ai pas un virus, mais que c'est juste un paramètre à modifier.

Cela semble venir de Windows Live mail.

Une question, As tu Windows live mail qui démarre en même temps que le systéme ?

Si oui,

1. Utilise le raccourci clavier WINDOWS + R

2. tape "msconfig" sans les guillemets

3. Va dans l'onglet Démarrage

4. Cherche la ligne Windows Live Mail, et décoche la case

5. Clique sur Appliquer

6. Puis sur Fermer et redémarre.

Disons que j'aimerai m'assurer que j'ai pas un virus

Si c'est une infection, ont s'en occupera

Donne de tes nouvelles.

Effectivement cela doit venir de windows live mail... en voulant installer juste msn, il m'a installé toute la suite que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à enlever, et apparemment il doit y avoir quelques restes, tout comme photo viewer d'ailleurs car il retrouve des clé de registre de photo viewer et winmail qu'il ne parvient pas à supprimer.

La création du dossier ne se fait pas au démarrage du pc (donc pas de ligne windows live dans les programmes au démarrage) mais lorsque je lance la connexion à msn.

J'ai essayé de réinstaller live mail pour le redésinstaller plus proprement mais il y a tjs des restes...

refait la manip' plus haut et essaye denlever photo wiewer ou autres .en esperant que sa taide

Si j'ai bien compris tu me dis de décocher photoviewer des programmes qui se lancent au démarrage ? Si c'est bien ça je n'ai rien de la suite windows live au démarrage, ni winmail ni photo viewer, je n'ai que le strict minimum parefeu antivirus ccleaner (et skype) mais cela n'a rien a voir avec les programmes de démarrage.

J'ai essayé la réparation de "installation windows live" dans le gestionnaire de prod, mais ça n'a rien fait j'ai tjs des problèmes.

Il doit y avoir un autre dossier à réparer, peut etre un dossier commun que j'aurais supprimé et qui est utilisé par windows live et qui n'est pas prévu dans la réparation de la suite...

Enfin je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Désoler pour le retard, je viens de voir toutes les réponses.

La désinfection d'une machine doit se faire avec une certaine rigueur...

Télécharge sur ton bureau OAD (Outil Aide Diagnostic) de !aur3n7 : http://changelog.fr/index.php?topic=138.msg452#msg452

Lance-le en cliquant sur OAD.exe, entre le nom du fichier suivant, puis entrée.
dans la fenêtre suivante tape 6 puis entrée et laisse la scan se terminer.
Copie-colle la totalité du rapport qui s'ouvre dans le blocnote.

Pour l'utilisation sous Vista:

Clique droit sur le fichier OAD.exe et sur Propriétés, dans l'onglet Compatibilité, Cadre "Niveau de privilège" il faut cocher "Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur".

Il faut être inscrit sur le site que tu as mis en lien donc je l'ai téléchargé sur http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe c'est le même auteur.
Pour le lancer sous vista j'ai fait simplement clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Par contre je sais pas de quel fichier tu parlais :

entre le nom du fichier suivant, puis entrée.

J'ai testé j'ai laissé vide il a pas aimé (lol) alors j'ai mis C:/ puis tapé 6. Il est en train de scanner, je poste le log dès qu'il a fini.

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)

Télécharge et installe UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau :

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Clique droit sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

--> Choisis l' option 1 ( Recherche )

--> Laisse travailler l outil.

--> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)


1) Imprime ces instructions ou sauvegarde les sur ton Bureau car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien :

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8.) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain teps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.
